Distribution of estate.
Any person having any claim upon, the estate of HERBERT DANIEL McDOUGALL, late of Urbenville, gatekeeper, who died on 27th June, 1972, must send particulars of his claim to the Public Trustee, at the address appearing below, on or before 21st October, 1974.
The Public Trustee will distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which at that date he has notice.
Letters of administration were granted in New South Wales on 15th July, 1974, to the Public Trustee. R. WELCH, Branch Manager, Public Trust Office, A.M.P. Building, corner Molesworth and Magellan Streets, Lismore 2480. IN the Supreme Court of New South Wales. Notice of (1974, August 2).
